We are a no frills, warehouse environment. We strive to provide you a rewarding and fun shopping experience. We want you to love your purchase. So, take a moment to review our policies…
Deliveries and Pickups

Urbanism does not deliver. We can, however, provide our customers with a referral for a professional delivery service. Prices may vary according to location, number and size of items, and setup fees . We strongly recommend a professional delivery service for your safety and security (we have heard too many “it fell out of the back” stories). You arrange the time and date of your delivery with the delivery company.

If you choose to deliver your own furniture, customers must call before a pickup from Urbanism. Due to liability reasons, furniture can only be released to a customer if arranged ahead of time. You must bring all moving materials with you (e.g. rope, blankets, etc.) and we will not be able to provide loading assistance.

Product Delivery Time is based on industry averages. We do our best to provide you with our best estimate, based upon our manufacturers latest information. However, delays do occur and are out of our control. We do not offer any monetary compensation due to delays or discontinued fabrics or furniture. But don’t worry, we will call you if your order arrives early so you can get your furniture as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason you want to make a change or cancel your special order, you have 3 business days from the date of your purchase to do so. Our low margins mean that we are unable to offer returns and exchanges after 3 days of purchase or items bought off our warehouse floor. Therefore, please make sure to accurately measure at your home (doorways can be narrow). We cannot know and are not responsible for size limitations. Also, make sure your color selection, style, etc. fits your needs.
Any merchandise that arrives with damage will be returned to the manufacturer. This may cause a delay in your delivery time frame. All damaged merchandise must be reported to Urbanism within 72 hours of receipt at your home. Color, finish and dye lots can vary but we do our best to match your needs as closely as possible.

Due to current events we are experiencing longer lead times. We appreciate you understanding and we promise to call you as soon as your furniture arrives or if there are any issues.
